Safe Travels!

All conference breaks will be set in the exhibit area, conference attendees will also have "Exhibitor passports" to help drive traffic to your booth. The conference will have daily drawings in the exhibit area, you are welcome to provide your own raffle as well. Exhibit tables can be open during all conference hours and beyond, but a majority of traffic will be in between sessions during meals and breaks.

Shipping Information

Please have your packages arrive no earlier than February 19, 2024 to the address below, the FedEx office will be able to assist with return shipments at the conclusion of the conference.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be sent in writing to ACCA Office at office@collegecounseling.org. Cancellations received prior to January 19, 2024 will be given a full refund less a processing fee. Cancellations between January 20, 2024 and February 9, 2024 will be given a 50% refund. Cancellations on or after February 10, 2024 will not be given a refund.
